Brittney Kauffman

Joining ARC in 2026, Brittney brings experience and dedication with her background in the financial industry as an administrative assistant and a Policy Owner Services professional. She plays a key role in supporting daily operations by managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities while providing attentive, client-focused support.

She is actively involved in the Ephrata community through the Ephrata Area School District, where she serves as an Early Learning Representative, and through her church as an assistant minister and member of the worship and music committee at Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Church. Outside of her professional and community commitments, she enjoys reading, crocheting, painting, hiking, cheering on her children at sporting events, and is a devoted Phillies and Eagles fan.
